Residents celebrate World Chocolate Day in Holbeach

Residents at Holbeach Meadows found themselves in a ‘world of pure imagination’ on Friday 7th July, celebrating World Chocolate Day!

A Charlie and the Chocolate Factory themed celebration

The home was decorated in the theme of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, with team members dressing in something purple or as characters from the 1971 Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory film, which we watched in the cinema in the afternoon, with the film’s soundtrack playing throughout the home all day!

Residents enjoyed chocolate cakes and made chocolate truffles which were enjoyed with family and friends in the evening, during our chocolate themed quiz and chocolate fountain treat.

Residents and team members alike love to do something different and find our themed days something to look forward to and a time to come together and have fun.
