Getting to Holbeach Meadows Care Home

Holbeach Meadows offers convenient access to public transport via the Fairfeilds bus stop which is a 13 minute walk away from the home. Spalding Train Station is a 45 minute bus journey away from the Fairfields stop via the 505 interconnect bus service.

By Car

From Spalding:

Having come through Whaplode take the right turn down Wignal’s Gate, follow the road to the roundabout and take the second exit into the Holbeach Meadows estate.

Follow Daisy Road around the corner – Holbeach Meadows Care Home is opposite Jasmine Crescent.

From Kings Lynn:

Turn off the A17 at the Peppermint Roundabout, taking the first exit, signposted for Spalding. At the next roundabout, take the second exit, continuing towards Spalding. At the third roundabout, take the 3rd exit towards Spalding, and take the left turn down Wignal’s Gate.

Follow the road to the roundabout and take the second exit into the Holbeach Meadows estate. Follow Daisy Road around the corner – Holbeach Meadows Care Home is opposite Jasmine Crescent.

From Holbeach Town Centre:

At the main junction in the town centre, with Park Road, West End, Boston Road South, Church Street and High Street, head down Church Street.

At the fork junction (before the Fire Station), turn right into Hall gate and follow the road to the roundabout and take the first exit into the Holbeach Meadows estate. Follow Daisy Road around the corner – Holbeach Meadows Care Home is opposite Jasmine Crescent.
