Cheryl started her career in care in 1999, gaining expertise specifically in dementia care. Cheryl believes that every care home should feel like home, not just for our residents, but friends and families visiting.
Gemma Woodcock
Holbeach Meadows Home Manager
Gemma was 16 when she started in the care sector. She subsequently qualified as a nurse with a First Class Honours degree. Her passion for service improvement has seen her progress in the management team to become Home Manager.

Stephanie began working in the healthcare sector in 2014 and joined us in 2022. She has continued to build on her knowledge and is acutely aware of how the smallest of details can make a significant difference in our residents' lives.
