Holbeach Meadows is a luxury 66 bed care home and is part of the Tanglewood Group who have been caring for Lincolnshire since 1989.

The beauty of living in a Tanglewood home is that you get to choose the pace of life you want to lead. Holbeach Meadows has multiple social areas where you can catch up with other residents or friends and family. However, if you would rather spend time in the tranquillity of your own room, then that’s fine by us.

We fundamentally believe that life doesn’t stop when you enter a care home – in fact joining a care community with like-minded individuals can lead to a new lease of life and peace of mind for the extended family. Come and visit us, you will be made most welcome.

Our Care

Respite Care

Respite care is generally 'short term' for people who are usually looked after by a relative or professional carer at home. It is also for people who have been in hosptal but require a period of convalescence. Many people arrange a trial stay as a temporary resident to see if the home is the right long term option for them.

Residential Care

Residential care is generally for people who require a low level of support, and who do not have nursing or specialist care needs. it may include assistance with washing and bathing, and other activities of daily living. It is primarily for those who are finding it difficult to cope at home or who need more help than home carers are able to provide.

Dementia Care

Our team are trained to support people with dementia. Through daily interactions, activities and compassion, we learn about the individual's needs and help them feel settled and safe. We make sure people with dementia receive the quality of care that suits them best.

Day Care

At Holbeach Meadows, we recognise that some people are not ready to move into a care home permanently, or ready for any overnight stays. We also recognise that as a carer you may still require some support, and that you or your loved one may require some social interactions with other individuals. We can support you with this by offering day care services.

Palliative Care

At Holbeach Meadows we understand that end of life care is an extremely difficult time, and we want to support you in the process by providing a warm, comfortable atmosphere. Our teams are compassionate and caring and will provide you with all the support you and your loved one require.
